Dentist and his staff provided exceptional service. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain my dental health and the treatment plan. Very impressed with my first experience with this dentist and his supporting team.

I haven't done very many reviews because I've always believed that if folks had a job to do, they should do it well, OTHERWISE, you'd here about it, via word of mouth or otherwise. It just feels like the whole world has this narcissistic "Look at me; aren't I wonderful?" attitude anymore. This establishment, Lifetime Smiles, however, warrents my honest, unbiased opinion, thus my review. I went in with my own predetermined negative view, but quickly realized that this dental establishment was NOT out to get me, (I've had more than my own personal share of dental catastrophic experiences). Everyone here treats me like I'm really valued. The staff is attentive, caring and acknowledgable. I was in disbelief/shock that they knew and remembered my name after only my first visit. VERY IMPRESSIVE! The dental assistants are kind, patient, and understanding. I really appreciate how they explain to me, step by step what will happen and always ask me if I have any concerns or questions. The dentists are kind, patient, and reassuring. Had my teeth cleaned today. The dental hygienist was gentle but very through.. Got good advise on continued treatment of my tooth issues.

I was given one payment amount during the consultation, then another amount of almost double at time of payment. Not good. I am happy with the work they did but not the sticker shock.

My previous dentist recently stopped taking my insurance and when I started experiencing some tooth discomfort I called Lifetime Smiles. They were friendly, accommodating and genuinely wanted to help. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and we have come up with a treatment plan that I am very comfortable with. Everyone from the dentist Dr Sunny, the hygienists, and the ladies at the front desk were exceptional! You can tell they actually care and want to help. Thank you to the whole team!
